Ken Kirk

Having a passion for personal fitness, triathlons and helping others, Ken established K2Fitness twelve months ago to incorporate his dedication and knowledge to help others achieve their goals.

With over 30 years’ experience in training and competing in triathlons, Ken has a wealth of knowledge in general fitness and triathlon specific training, and is now passing on this knowledge to the athletes he currently trains and coaches for triathlons, cycling and running, as well as his personal and group fitness clients where he caters for all fitness abilities.

Whilst Ken has been competing in triathlons for over 30 years, the last 10 years he has been competing at World Championship level in both Olympic and Half Ironman distances, achieving 10th place in 2015 and 14th place in 2016 and 2018.

Ken is a registered fitness professional holding Certificates III and IV in Fitness, and is an accredited Development Coach with Triathlon Australia.
